MidTown Redevelopment Plan and Tax Allocation District (TAD) Maps, 2016

Working in partnership with the Columbus Consolidated Government, MidTown, Inc. advanced a MidTown Redevelopment Plan and two MidTown Tax Allocation Districts (TADs). The Plan and MidTown East and MidTown West districts were unanimously approved by Council in the all of 2016. These TADs can provide key financial incentive to support future revitalization and growth in this vital in-town area of our city.

Urban Land Institute Final Report

On December 6, 2011, MidTown, Inc. convened sixty-five stakeholders, City officials, and community leaders with eleven expert panelists from the Urban Land Institute to examine the revitalization of the 13th Avenue and 13th Street gateway corridors in MidTown.

A Master Plan for MidTown Columbus, 2005

The goal of the MidTown Project is to develop and implement a long-range, comprehensive plan to reestablish this historic, suburban area as a community. The MidTown Project began as a grassroots effort in 2001, and provided the framework for the mission and long-term goals of MidTown, Inc.
